Do you test on animals?

No, we do not test on animals.


Are the ingredients all-natural?

Rex Skin Care products use only the finest, freshest ingredients, formulated specifically for men with vitamins and nutrients to rejuvenate the skin. We have selected the most appropriate ingredients to cleanse and protect against environmental toxins that can cause premature aging and other skin damage. Rex Skin Care products use no or minimal preservatives and contain no harsh chemicals or unnecessary additives.


Do the ingredients include preservatives?

Rex Skin Care products use preservatives only as absolutely needed. We do not use unnecessary additives.


Is there an expiration date or how long is shelf life?

Because Rex Skin Care products contain few or no preservatives, our highly concentrated skin care formulas will last for one year.


Are the products scented?

Currently, Rex Skin Care products are unscented. However, we plan to add a new body wash soon, that will have a fresh scent of grapefruit—which in tests, makes people think those wearing it are years younger!


What are the active ingredients?

The active ingredients are listed in the description of each skin care product on our “Shop” page.


What does “anti-aging” mean?

The definition of anti-aging is to delay or retard the aging process. Aging occurs when the cells which make up our bodies die-off and the body’s ability to make new cells diminishes. Rex Skin Care products are designed to maintain and rejuvenate a man’s skin cells using vitamins and other nutrients. The results are healthier, better looking skin.


Will the products match my skin color?

With shades of Light, Medium and Dark, you’re bound to find a shade that best matches your skin tone. How do I determine my skin shade? If you are very fair, burn before you tan, you should use our Light shade. If you are of a light to medium complexion and have the ability to tan, you should use our Medium shade. If you have a dark complexion, you should use our Dark shade.


Can I use just one product or do I need to use multiple products to be effective?

It depends on your skin health goals. Different products offer different benefits. A skin care regimen to restore a healthy look to your skin and deliver anti-aging benefits can be designed using multiple Rex Skin Care products, but even just one of our specifically formulated products can deliver immediate results.


How can I learn to properly apply these products?

Most Rex Skin Care products–body wash, sunscreen, and moisturizer--require no special application instructions–just smooth on with a finger tip. All Rex Skin Care products are easy to use and apply.


Isn’t this just makeup for men?

Not at all. Rex Skin Care products are conceived and formulated for healthier skin and to provide anti-aging benefits. Good skin health leads to better looking skin. Products like Instant Impact (a perfecting concealer) can be used to even out the skin tone for dark circles under the eyes and hide other imperfections. The entire Rex line provides benefits beyond mere cosmetics.


Why does it cost so much?

Rex Skin Care products use only the finest ingredients. Our formulas are designed specifically for a man–not repackaged unisex or female skin care products- and are made in small batches to assure freshness and maximum potency. Rex Skin Care products are highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.


Are refills available?

Rex Skin Care products are made and packaged in small batches to assure freshness. As a result, there is noability to “refill” any product, which could cause contamination, but you may reorder your favorite products with confidence, knowing you have the finest, freshest, most potent skin care formulas available.


Can I sell Rex Skin Care in my store?

Can I order over the phone?

While placing your order securely at the RexSkinCare.com site is the easiest way to buy our products, you may call (855) REX-SKIN [739-7546] from 9 AM until 6 PM (EST), Monday through Friday to place your order for products.


How secure is my online order?

Your online orders are secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure.


What payment methods do you accept?

You may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal to place your order.


When will my credit card be charged?

We will typically charge your credit card the day your items are shipped. If an item is on back order, you will not be charged until the merchandise is sent out to you.


How is the product packaged for shipping?

Rex Skin Care products are discreetly packaged and shipped to arrive ready to use in perfect condition.


 What shipping method is used?

Rex Skin Care products are shipped via USPS.


Where does my order ship from?

Rex Skin Care products are formulated, manufactured and shipped from our facilities in South Florida.


How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. All orders placed during business days will be shipped on the following day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed before the end of the following business day. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on thesame business day.


Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.

Will I be charged tax?

Rex Skin Care shall automatically charge applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered within the state of Florida. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to anyother state.


What if my item is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock we will contact you before the rest of your order is shipped.


Can I cancel an order?

If you have already checked out and would like to cancel or change your order, call (855) REX-SKIN [739-7546] or email at customerservice@rexskincare.com immediately. If the order has not been processed yet, we will behappy to make any changes to your order.


What is your return policy?

We are committed to offering our customers the finest products available. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase date, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Rex Skin Care product. Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.

How long will it take to get my refund?

What if my order is damaged?

When your order arrives, please inspect the contents, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at (855) REX-SKIN [739-7546]. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
